中文摘要:为了获得变形镁合金 AZ31、AZ61和AZ91板材的基本力学性能和成形性能,自行设计了在线加热系统,在加热温度175~400 ℃和应变速率为10-3、10-2、10-1 s-1的条件下,对三种镁合金板进行拉伸实验,研究材料的屈强比、成形温度和应变速率等对成形性能的影响,并且对三种镁合金成形性能进行了对比。该研究可以用于指导变形镁合金板成形生产,为优化镁合金成形工艺提供依据。
英文摘要:In order to obtain the mechanical property and forming property of AZ31, AZ61 and AZ91, the on-line heating system was self-designed. The tensile tests of these three kinds of magnesium alloys sheets were made in heating temperature range 175~400 ℃ and under the strain speed 10-3, 10-2 and 10-1 s-1 conditions. The influences of the yield ratio, forming temperature and strain speed of these materials on forming property are studied, and the the forming property of these three kinds of magnesium alloys sheets was compared. This research can guide the forming production of wrought magnesium alloys sheets and optimize its forming process.
