中文摘要:简要介绍了铸造风力发电机主轴的铸造工艺和力学性能,并在分析风力发电机受力环境和主轴结构的基础上,运用有限元法分析了在启停机时极限冲击载荷作用下的主轴冲击应力和刚度,并给出了计算结果。分析结果表明,该铸造主轴在极限冲击载荷下所受的应力和刚度满足许用要求。
英文摘要:The casting method and mechanical properties of cast wind turbine shaft was briefly presented. Based on the analysis of load condition and shaft structure, the impact stress and stiffness was analyzed and computed by finite element method under the ultimate impact loads when starting and emergency stop. The results indicate that the stress and stiffness are the main shaft suffering, which can meet the allowable requirements.
