中文摘要:利用MSC.SuperForm软件对工业纯钛A路径ECAP二道次的变形进行模拟。获得了相应的载荷-行程曲线、等效应变和等效应力分布规律,并与一道次的模拟结果进行了比较,得出二道次挤压后等效应变的分布比一道次更均匀。
英文摘要: The deformation behavior of commercial pure titanium (CP-Ti) during ECAP of two-pass by route A was simulated by three-dimensional(3-D) finite element commercial software Msc.Superform. The load-stroke curves, the distribution of equivalent stress and the distribution of equivalent strain were obtained by numerical simulation. The equivalent effective strain of workpieces in two-pass is more homogeneous than that in one-pass.
