中文摘要:在热力耦合与刚塑性有限元分析的基础上,利用Deform模拟了Ti40阻燃钛合金包套的挤压变形过程,分析了温度场和应变场。结果表明:采用包套挤压可使Ti40合金保持在较高温度的挤压;提高挤压温度还可提高挤压坯料的温度,降低坯料流变应力,增加坯料变形程度并降低包套冷硬层厚度。
英文摘要:On the basis of thermo-mechanical coupling and rigidity-plasticity FEM analysis, the sheathed extrusion deformation process was simulated by Deform software. The results indicate that Ti40 alloy can maintain a high temperature in deformation by sheathed extrusion. Improving extrusion temperature can improve the temperature of the blank, reduce the flow stress of the blank, increase the deformation degree of the blank and reduce the chilling layer thickness of the sheath.
