中文摘要:以有限单元法为分析手段,借助ANSYS10.0软件,设计了一套分析钨材料切断间隙的实验。对相同模型进行不同切断间隙的有限元分析。利用三个合理间隙筛选准则对钨丝切断间隙的合理性进行分析和判断,选择最佳结果。它为钨材料切断模具的设计提供了科学理论依据。
英文摘要: Using finite element method, a set of experiments on cutting clearance of tungsten materials were designed based on ANSYS10.0 software. The same model was used to make finite element analysis under different cutting clearance. The rationality of the cutting clearance of tungsten materials using three selection criteria for the reasonable clearance was analyzed. The best results are chosen, which provide a scientific theory basis for designing tungsten materials cutting die.
