中文摘要:针对激光差厚拼焊板DP600/H340LAD+Z,采用显微硬度测试方法和显微金相组织观察分析方法对其焊缝的特性进行了实验研究。测试分析了母材、焊缝及热影响区的显微硬度和微观组织特性。讨论了焊缝特性对于差厚拼焊板成形性能的影响。结果表明,激光焊缝能够满足板料成形的要求。
英文摘要:The microhardness test and microscope method were useed to study the properties of the laser welded seam of different gauge tailor-welded blank DP600/H340LAD+Z. The effects of welding properties on the formability of different gauge tailor-welded blanks were discussed. The results indicate that laser welded joint is qualified to satisfy the demand of sheet forming.
