中文摘要:应用一种专业板料冲压CAE分析软件-Dynaform,对一种汽车典型冲压件-汽车门槛内板零件进行回弹特性分析,通过计算机数值模拟试验得到了最佳的冲压速度和压边力参数。将此试验结果应用于实际生产,有效克服了此零件的回弹缺陷,获得了成功产品。
英文摘要:Using a professional sheet metal stamping CAE analyzing software-Dynaform, the springback of a kind of typical auto indoor-sill part was analyzed. The best stamping speed and blank-holder force (BHF) values were obtained by computer simulation test. At last, the test results were applied to the actual production to overcome the springback effectively, and the successful products were got.
