中文摘要:对拉伸断裂伸长率不合格的电工圆铝杆进行了分析。结果表明,圆铝杆在熔铸过程中由于工艺不当导致杂质成分及气体清除不净造成铝杆材料内部致密度不高,存在片状及针状的组织疏松孔洞以及沿晶界呈三角及网状分布的铝铁硅脆性金属化合物,同时晶粒也较粗大,所有这些组织缺陷造成铝杆的伸长率未达到国标要求。
英文摘要:The unqualified tensile elongation of electrician round aluminum pole was analyzed. The results show that the density of aluminium material is not high. The needle holes loose microstructure and brittle metal compounds formed by aluminum iron silicon is a triangle crystallin and mesh distribution. The impurities in composition and removing gases in the casting process of round aluminum pole are attributed to the improper process, meanwhile the grain is bulky, above of these defects microstructure lead to aluminum pole elongation reduction that the standard cannot reach the technical requirements of China standard.
