中文摘要:采用粉末挤出成型法制备了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶磁粉芯,讨论了脱脂及热处理对磁粉芯磁性能的影响。结果表明:“硬脂酸-聚丙烯-石蜡”粘接剂的粘接效果好、成型方便;在热处理时间相同时,保温时间越长,温度越高,纳米晶粉颗粒运动越充分,颗粒间的间隙减小得越小,磁导率上升得越多;磁粉芯经脱脂、热处理后纳米晶粉颗粒的间隙减小,使得磁粉芯涡流损耗上升和磁粉芯中心频率下移。
英文摘要:The effects of degreasing and heat treatment on the properties of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nano-crystalline magnetic powder core which was moulded by press extrusion, were studied. The results show that “stearic acid-polypropylene-paraffin” adhesive formula has good bonding effects and easy formation. Under the same heat treatment time, the higher the temperature, the more fully the nano-crystalline particles move, the less the gap among particles reduce, which result in the higher μe. Degreasing and heat treatment can reduce the gap among nano-crystalline core particles, increase the vortex flowing loss and move down the frequency of core's center.
