中文摘要:以LiAc·2H2O、V2O5、NH4H2PO4、蔗糖和乙二醇为原料,采用液相多元醇法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li3V2(PO4)3,研究了烧结温度对产物电化学性能的影响。XRD、SEM和充放电测试表明:在800 ℃下烧结10 h合成的样品为单斜晶系;在0.1C、3.0~4.3 V下充放电的首次放电比容量为126 mAh·g-1,第20次循环的比容量为120 mAh·g-1。
英文摘要:Li-ion battery cathode material Li3V2(PO4)3 was synthesized by liquid phase polyol method using LiAc·2H2O, V2O5, NH4H2PO4, sucrose and ethylene glycol as raw material. The effects of sintering temperature on the electro-chemical properties of the sample were studied. The XRD, SEM and charge-discharge tests show that the sample sintered at 800 ℃ for 10 h has a single monoclinic structure, when charge-discharge at 0.1C and the voltage of 3.0~4.3V, its initial specific discharge capacity is 126 mAh·g-1, the specific capacity at the 20 th cycle is 120 mAh·g-1.
