中文摘要:选用纯铜为基体材料,深入研究了电镀Ni-P合金镀液成分、工艺参数对镀层成分、硬度和耐磨性的影响。对镀层进行EDS分析,得到了各参数变化时镀层成分的变化规律以及磷含量与硬度的关系。根据实验结果,找到了最匹配的配方,并获得了性能优良的“最合适镀层”,并对此镀层的形貌、硬度、耐磨性及结合强度进行了考察。
英文摘要:Taking pure cupper as a basic material, the influences of the composition of Ni-P alloy solution plating and technological parameters on the composition, hardness and wear resistance of the coating were studied. After the analysis of EDS, the changing rules of coating ingredient with different parameters and the relation between phosphorus content and hardness were obtained. According to the experimental results, the best matching formula was found and the most suitable coating with excellent functions was gained. And the micrograph, hardness, wear resistance and the adhesion of the coating were also observed.
