中文摘要:介绍了离子注入材料表面改性的机理和特点,综述了离子注入材料表面摩擦磨损性能方面的最新研究与应用进展,着重介绍了离子的种类、注入剂量、注入能量和注入温度对金属材料、非金属材料和高分子材料组织结构、表面硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响,并对该领域存在的问题以及某些需要深入研究的方向提出了看法。
英文摘要:The surface modification mechanism, friction characteristics and application progress of the surface modification by ion implantation were reviewed, and the effects of species, dose, energy and temperature of ion implantation on the microstructure, hardness and tribological properties of the metallic, ceramic and polymeric material were emphasized. Furthermore, the future research directions for the improvement of wear and tribological properties of ion implanted material were given.
