中文摘要:采用热模拟技术、力学性能测试手段和显微分析方法,对X100管线钢在延迟加速冷却条件下的组织与性能的变化规律进行了研究。采用始冷温度为620 ℃的延迟加速冷却方法,实验钢可获得(B + F)双相组织,具有较高的强韧特性和优良的变形能力。
英文摘要:The change rules of the microstructure and property of X100 pipeline steel in delay accelerated cooling were studied by material microstructure analysis, mechanical property testing and welding thermal simulation techniques. The results show that when the starting cooling temperature is 620 ℃ in delayed accelerating cooling, the (B+F) dual phase structure with high strength and toughness and excellent deformability can be obtained.
