中文摘要:研制了一种高铬合金耐磨铸铁生产耐磨衬板,对高铬合金耐磨铸铁进行(980±5) ℃× 3 h空冷淬火和(220±5) ℃ × 3 h低温回火, 观察了耐磨衬板的金相组织, 测试了不同状态下衬板的硬度, 分析了热处理工艺对耐磨铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明, 铸铁铸态组织含奥氏体量多,硬度低;热处理后组织中碳化物弥散度高,组织分布最均匀,耐磨性好。
英文摘要:A kind of wear-resisting cleading of high-chromium cast iron was produced and its heat treatment was carried out with quenching at (980±5) ℃ for 3 h and tempering at (220±5) ℃ for 3 h. The microstructure and the hardness of the wear-resisting cleading was observed and examined. The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of wear-resisting cast iron were analyzed. The results show that austenite content is high and hardness is low as-cast condition. After treatment the carbide has high dispersion degree, the microstructure is uniform and the wearability is good.
