中文摘要:通过宏观微观断口分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析等手段,对断裂的活塞杆进行了失效分析。结果表明,活塞杆断裂属于疲劳断裂,活塞杆组织中存在的脆性夹杂物和渗氢所形成的甲烷气孔等缺陷,降低了活塞杆的疲劳强度,促进了活塞杆的疲劳断裂过程。
英文摘要:The failure analysis of piston rod for hydrogenation compressor was done by means of macroscopic and microscopic fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis and microstructure analysis. The results indicate that the fracture of the piston rod is fatigue fracture. The existing of brittle inclusions and methane bubbles caused by hydrogenation decreases the fatigue strength of the piston rod and promotes the fatigue fracture process.
