高Al冷轧双相钢WHT600DP点焊性能研究

中文摘要：通过对武钢开发的600 MPa级高Al冷轧双相钢WHT600DP同种材料点焊,以及与DC03、WH260Y异种材料点焊的三种点焊接头的宏观形貌、微观组织以及拉剪强度的研究与分析，探索了WHT600DP的点焊性能。研究结果表明，三种点焊接头不存在内部和外部缺陷，焊点拉剪强度等指标达到相关标准要求，能够满足实际生产需要，WHT600DP高Al冷轧双相钢具有良好的点焊性能。
英文摘要：The weldability for spot welding of 600 MPa high aluminum dual phase steel WHT600DP, which was newly developed by WISCO, was studied by microstructure observation, hardness test and tensile shearing strength test of the joint between WHT600DP and different materials, such as DC03 and WH260Y. The results show that the joints are free of defects, and the weld performances such as tensile shear strength can meet the requirements of automobile industry, which indicate the excellent weldability of WHT600DP steel.
