中文摘要:制作了四种不同合金配比的焊条进行堆焊试验,并控制冷却速度,通过分析试样的组织、合金元素含量及硬度,得出结论:以Cr为主要添加元素的堆焊合金硬度受冷却速度的影响较大,冷却速度过快会导致硬度的降低,而以V为主要添加元素的堆焊合金硬度几乎不受冷却速度的影响。
英文摘要:The electrodes with four binds of composition were prepared for welding testing and controling the cooling rate, by analyzing tissue samples, alloy content and hardness of the conclusion, it can be obtained that, adding Cr as the main element to surfacing alloy, the hardness decreases obuiously. Large cooling rate leads to the reduction in stiffness, and to add elements V to surfacing alloy the cooling rate almost has no effects on the hardness.
