中文摘要:主要研究了生产300 MPa灰铸铁缸体的三项关键技术。第一是灰铸铁成分的设计,试验结果显示最佳组成成分为(质量分数,%): 3.20~3.30 C,1.60~1.80 Si,0.70~1.00 Mn,S <0.10,P <0.06,0.70~ 0.80 Cu,0.25~0.35 Cr,0.30~0.40 Ni,0.06~0.08 Sn;采用随流孕育。第二是增加铸型的冷却效果。一种主要由电熔刚玉组成的新型陶瓷砂具有很好的快冷效应,可用来生产高强度灰铸铁缸体。用这种型砂比用普通石英砂铸件的强度提高约20 MPa。第三是采用合成铸铁工艺。采用上述技术成功地制造出了300 MPa的复杂缸体铸件。
英文摘要:Three key techniques are discussed to manufacture 300 MPa high strength cylinder block castings. The first one is the design of grey iron chemical composition. The optimized chemical composition used for production is as follows(wt%): 3.20~3.30C, 1.60~1.80Si, 0.70~1.00Mn, S<0.10, P<0.06, 0.70~0.80Cu, 0.25~0.35Cr, 0.30~0.40Ni and 0.06~ 0.08Sn;the stream inoculation is adopted. The second is to increase the chilling effect of casting mold. A kind of ceramic sand mainly composed of electric fusion bauxite gives much stronger chilling effect, which can be used in the production of high strength cylinder block castings. The tensile strength can be 20 MPa higher compared with ordinary silica sand. The third is to use the technology of synthetic cast iron. The 300 MPa cylinder block is successfully produced if above three conditions are met.
