中文摘要:研究了碳对耐磨白口铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,优化设计耐磨白口铸铁的化学成分以及适当提高含碳量,可使组织中析出点状石墨,它可在材料工作中充当固体润滑剂,减小摩擦系数,增强润滑效果,从而提高材料的使用寿命。
英文摘要:The effects of C element on the microstructure and properties of white cast iron were investigated. The results show that by the optimization design of chemical composition for wear-resistant white cast iron, and appropriately increasing carbon content, the blob-shaped graphite was precipitated in the microstructure, the blob-shaped graphite can be used as solid lubricant in materials, so as to reduce friction coefficient, enhance lubrication effect and improve material service life.
