中文摘要:采用正交设计与数值模拟相结合的办法,对航空发动机用GH4169合金盘件的ACDR过程进行了有限元分析,提出采用“望目”型目标函数对盘件热力参数进行评价。结果表明:工件所需的成形载荷主要取决于上模的倾角,应变分布情况主要取决于上模的每转进给量,而温度分布受各工艺参数的共同影响。在此基础上,获得了最佳的工艺参数组合。
英文摘要:The ACDR process for disk forgings of GH4169 alloy was simulated by combing FEM with orthogonal design method. The objective function of name-is-best was formulated to evaluate the effect of process parameters. The results show that the deformation load is determined principally by the inclination angle of upper die, the strain distribution is determined principally by reduction per revolution, and the temperature distribution is influenced by all of the process parameters. On this basis, the optimal process parameters combination are obtained.
