中文摘要:基于热力耦合模型,采用DEFORM-3D刚塑性有限元模拟软件,对7075 铝合金枪械机匣体终锻成形过程进行数值模拟, 分析了始锻温度和变形速度对机匣体成形过程的影响,并优化出其模锻工艺参数为:始锻温度450 ℃,变形速度2 mm /s。
英文摘要:Based on the thermal-mechanical coupling model, the numerical simulation of die forging process for 7075 Al-alloy case forging was performed by rigid-plasticity finite element software DEFORM-3D. The influences of the starting forging temperature and deformation velocity in case forging forming process were investigated. The optimizing forging process parameters are starting forging temperature 450 ℃ and deformation velocity 2 mm /s.
