英文摘要:The cold upsetting die for multistation M16 bolt had the problems of less service life and high cost in the production. Through optimum design for the structure, material and heat-treatment process of the die, the service life of the die increases by 9~12 times, the production ratio improves by 40% and saves tool steel for die 2 kg per ten thousand workpieces, the best economical and social benefite is obtained.
