中文摘要： 针对某车型侧围内板在试模阶段出现的样件品质不良，采用板料三维成形分析软件AUTOFORM对其拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟。主要研究了不同工艺补充对零件冲压成形的影响，通过试模样件和CAE仿真成形结果的对比，对工艺补充部分进行调整，得到了最优化的拉深件型面，并生产出质量合格的产品，为类似零件的生产起到了指导作用。
英文摘要： Based on the poor quality of side-frame inner panel during die testing，the numerical simulation of drawing process for the panel is studied by using three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software Autoform. The influence of different shape of addendum is analyzed in the stamping simulation. Compared with the sample parts and the results of CAE deforming, the optimized shape of addendum is obtained and the produced parts meet quality requests. It is helpful to manufacture the related parts.
