中文摘要:简要介绍了搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的基本原理,并对几种常用的铸造镁合金FSW进行了以下几方面综述:工艺因素对焊缝成型的影响,接头的微观组织,以及接头的显微硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度与母材的对比,焊缝断口的位置以及断口形貌。最后指出了FSW工艺在铸造镁合金应用上的局限性。
英文摘要:The basic theory of FSW was introduced. The following aspects of FSW to several commonly used casting magnesium alloys were summarized:process factors on weld formation,microstructure of joints,microhardness and yield strength,tensile strength of joint compared with the base metal,weld fracture location and fracture style. And at last the limitation of FSW in casting magnesium alloy was reviewed.
