中文摘要:研究了15%Cr铁素体不锈钢板材轧制过程中的显微组织特征以及激光焊管的开裂。实验结果表明,实验用钢组织均匀,为后续成形提供了良好的保证。激光焊缝热影响区晶粒略有长大,这是焊管开裂发生在热影响区进而扩展到整个焊缝区的原因。综合结果表明:应加大激光焊的焊接热输入,加大实验焊管焊缝处熔深,同时控制柱状晶的长大从而与基体更好的结合,以增大焊缝的强度。
英文摘要:The microstructure in the rolling process and the crack of laser welding pipe of 15%Cr ferritic stainless steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure is homogeneous, which can provide a guarantee for the following forming. There is a slight grain growth in the heat-affected zone(HAZ) of laser weld, which is the reason for the pipe cracking in HAZ and then extending to the weld zone. The results show that, by increasing the welding heat input of the laser welding, weld penetration, and controlling the growth of columnar crystals and then the better integration of the matrix can be obtained, the strength of the weld seam can be increased.
