中文摘要: 介绍了板料数值模拟软件Autoform的功能、特点。以某汽车覆盖件的拉延模具为例,利用Autoform软件实现汽车覆盖件的模具设计,包括模具压料面、工艺补充面以及拉延筋设计;模拟在给定工艺条件下板料成形的全过程,预测可能出现的缺陷,并根据结果优化结构参数。与传统的模具设计相比,利用数值模拟技术提高了模具设计的质量和效率。
英文摘要:The features and functions of numerical simulation software Autoform for auto panel were introduced. Taking a drawing die for auto panel as an example, the die design of the auto panel, including the design of binder surface,addendum surface and drawbead, was implemented by using software Autoform. And the whole process of sheet metal forming for auto panel under given forming conditions was simulated. The possible defects were predicted, the structural parameters were optimized based on the results of the simulation. Compared with traditional die design, the quality and efficiency of the die design are improved by numerical simulation technology.
