中文摘要:建立了模拟挤压铸造凝固过程中收缩缺陷形成的有限差分/有限元计算模型,该模型包括了凝固过程中的潜热释放和体积收缩效应。在温度场模拟中采用了交替隐式算法,在应力场模拟中采用了热粘弹塑性本构模型。为验证模型的正确性,对A356铝合金挤压铸造凝固过程进行了模拟计算,模拟结果与实验结果一致。
英文摘要: A FDM/ FEM model was developed to simulate the shrinkage defect during the solidification process of squeeze casting, the model included the effect of latent heat and volume shrinkage due to solidification. The alternating direction implicit method (ADI) was used for simulating the temperature field, the thermo-elasto-viscoplastic constitutive equation was employed in stress model. The solidification process of A356 aluminum alloy was simulated, the squeeze casting experiments were also carried out for validating the new FDM/ FEM model. The results show that the results of numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results.
