中文摘要:研究正常工况下加料顺序、加料方式、净熔化速度以及辅助时间等因素对铝合金熔炼效率的影响。结果表明:加料顺序直接影响到铝合金净熔化速度,采用先加废料后加铝锭的加料顺序,净熔化速度由3650~3835 kg/h提高到4132~4204 kg/h,净熔化速度提高了11.4%;采用“少次多加”的加料方式,降低了辅助时间,加料速度提高了9.2%,可大幅提高熔炼效率。
英文摘要:The effects of adding material order, adding material quomodo, net melting speed and assistant time on melting efficiency of aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that the adding material model affects the net melting speed, adopting the order of first adding waste material then adding aluminum materiall the net melting speed increases from 3650~3835 kg/h to 4132~4204 kg/h, the net melting speed enhances by 11.4%; when adopting the adding material principal of few frequency more amount, the assistant time reduces, the adding material speed increases by 9.2% and the melting efficiency of aluminum alloy greatly increases.
