中文摘要:以20Mn2钢制车桥为研究对象,分析测试了热旋压对于轴承台、油封台和缩脖处等三处的金相组织及其力学性能变化情况。研究结果表明: 20Mn2钢制车桥原始显微组织较为细小,且加工硬化特征明显,硬度较高;现场堆冷导致热旋压变形后冷却速度较慢,加工硬化彻底消除,铁素体长大较为明显,轴承台、油封台等部位处魏氏组织特征较明显,缩脖处铁素体呈现块状分布特征。
英文摘要:The effect of hot spinning on microstructure and mechanical properties of bearing stand, grease seal stand and neck-like location in 20Mn2 steel axle was tested and researched. The results show that the primitive microstructure of 20Mn2 steel axle is relatively small, work hardening effect is apparent, therefore hardness is large; cooling in pile after hot spinning lowers the cooling rate, work hardening thoroughly eliminates, ferrite grows up obviously, widmannstatten structure is apparent in bearing stand, grease seal stand, whereas ferrite presents lumpish in neck-like location.
