中文摘要:选20钢为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件,建立几何模型和有限元模型,对不同焊接参数下的温度场进行了模拟。在其他条件一定的情况下,分析了电流、电压、板长及板厚分别对温度场的影响。结果表明:电流和电压对焊接温度场的影响最大,板材厚度其次,板材长度最小。
英文摘要:Using 20 steel as research object, and the welding temperature field under different parameters was simulated by ANSYS through establishing the geometry model and finite element model. In certain conditions, the effects of current, voltage, length and thickness of the plate on the temperature field were simulated. The results show that the current and voltage are the strongest factors, the thickness is stronger, and the last one is the length of the plate.
