中文摘要:GH4169是一种时效强化镍基合金,在650℃以下具有屈服强度高、塑性好的特点,有较高的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,适宜于高性能航空发动机部件的使用。本文对GH4169组件与1Cr18Ni9Ti真空钎焊工艺进行了研究,通过对GH4169焊接性分析,确定了钎料的成分及钎焊工艺参数。实验结果表明,选用的镍基钎料具有好的润湿性、流动性和填充性,钎缝完整、无空洞、裂纹等缺陷,接头强度及抗氧化性能满足发动机部件在600℃以下的工作环境的要求。
英文摘要:GH4169 is one kind of age-hardening nickel-base alloy with high yield strength and excellent plasticity under 650 ℃ as well as high resistance to corrosion and oxidation, which is suitable for high-performance aero-engine components. In this paper, vacuum brazing technology of GH4169 1Cr18NiTi and components was studied. Solder composition and brazing process was determined by analysis of GH4169 weldability. Results showed that nickel-based filler selected had good wettability, mobility and filling property; brazing seam owned perfect integrity without cavity, crack and other defects; the joint strength and oxidation resistance can meet working requirements of engine components under 600℃.
