中文摘要:针对1.6和2.5 mm厚度的DC04汽车板采用正交试验法进行激光拼焊,研究不同偏移量对拼焊焊缝断面形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明,光束偏移量对激光焊缝宏观形貌有很大的影响,而对焊缝杯突值及抗拉强度无明显影响。
英文摘要:Using 1.6 mm and 2.5 mm thickness DC04 car steel for laser welding, The effects of offset on the section species and mechanical properties of tailor-welded weld were studied. The results show that beam offset can greatly affect the macro performance of Laser tailor-welded weld ,then affect the cupping Test value and tensile strength unconspicuous.
