中文摘要: 简述了节能环保高效技术在焊接中的应用,这些技术包括逆变焊机、熔化极气体保护焊、智能机器人、振动焊接技术、激光复合焊和低应力无变形焊接新技术- LSND焊接法。同时,还介绍了节能环保高效技术在焊接辅助工艺中的应用,包括振动时效和随焊锤击。认为,深入研究这些效率高、节能和环保的技术,必将产生巨大的社会和经济效益。
英文摘要:The energy-saving environmental protection and high efficiency technology in welding applications were introduced, These technologies include inverter welding machine, MIG welding, intelligent robots, vibration welding, laser hybrid welding and low stress no distortion new welding technology-LSND welding method. The energy-saving, environmental protection and high efficiency technology in welding aided process applications were introduced including vibration stress relief and trailing peening. To deeply study the high efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection technology, have huge social and economic benefits.
