中文摘要:通过机械合金化方法制备Ti-Ni合金;采用X射线衍射(XRD)研究粉末的相组成;差热分析(DTA)研究粉末在热反应时的特征温度;再对粉末进行热处理,研究合金相组成;通过金相显微镜观察粉末的粒度分布;用扫描电子显微镜观察分析粉末的微观形貌变化。结果表明:球磨初期,粉末的微观形貌为冷焊合层状结构;随球磨过程的进行,颗粒中元素分布逐渐趋于均匀;球磨末期,机械合金化过程的冷焊合和断裂达到平衡,最终形成非晶。
英文摘要:Ti-Ni alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying. The phase composition of powder was studied by X-ray diffraction. The characteristic temperature of powder in thermal response was researched by differential temperature analysis (DTA). And then, heat treatment of the powder was carried out; the alloy phase composition was studied. The distribution of particle size of the milled powder was observed by metallographic microscope. The microstructure change of the milled powder was observed and analyzed by SEM. The results show that: in ball milling early, the morphology of the powder shows as a lamellar microstructure. As the ball grinding process, the element distribution is uniform and a balance occurs between the cold welding and the fracture. The amorphous obtained by the end of ball milling.
