中文摘要:对传统X80管线钢进行在线配分热处理,得到一种新型的含有贝氏体+ M/A双相组织的大变形管线钢。采用力学性能测试、显微组织分析等方法研究了终冷温度对双相大变形管线钢的力学性能的影响。结果表明:随终冷温度的升高,贝氏体的含量降低,M/A的含量增加,实验钢的强度、硬度、冲击韧度和屈强比呈下降趋势;断后伸长率和均匀伸长率呈现增加的趋势。在终冷温度为350 ℃时,实验钢具有较高的强度、韧性和变形能力。
英文摘要:A new type of pipeline steel with excellent deformability containing bainite and M/A constituent can been obtained through the hotting online partitioning(HOP) process. The influences of quenching temperature on mechanical properties of the pipeline steel were investigated by means of microscopic analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the volume fraction of bainite decreases and M/A constituent increases, so the strength, hardness, impact toughness and Y/T ratio of the experiment steel decreases and the elongation after fracture and uniform elongation both increases. When the quenching temperature is 350 ℃, the experiment steel has the stronger strength, toughness and excellent deformability.
