中文摘要:针对由65Mn材料制作的行走轮的爆裂现象,对淬火工艺、硬度、化学成分和显微组织等多方面因素进行分析,发现材料存在大量的碳化物液析,并伴有缩孔和夹杂物,分析了缺陷组织的成因,认为以碳化物液析为主的多种缺陷组织是引起该行走轮爆裂的原因。
英文摘要:In allusion to the fracture phenomenon of the travelling wheel made by 65Mn, the quenching process, hardness, chemical composition and microstructure and other elements were analyzed. The results show that there are presence of large amounts of carbide eliquation, and companied by shrinkage and inclusions. The reason of defect microstructure was analyzed. The carbide eliquation is the reason of fracture.
