中文摘要:基于Dynaform分析软件,建立了差厚拼焊板充液拉深盒形件的有限元模型,对相同材料、不同差厚比的板料充液拉深盒形件进行了数值模拟。结果表明,针对不同差厚比的拼焊板,合理控制薄、厚板两侧压边力的大小及分布规律可有效地改善盒形件拉深过程中的焊缝移动量以及减小盒形件各变形区域厚度变化量,这对提高拼焊板的成形性以及对拉深工艺参数的优化提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:The finite element model of TWBs box part in Hydro-forming deep drawing was established by based on Dynaform,the professional sheet forming software was used to simulate the tailor-welded board of the same material and different thickness in Hydro-forming deep drawing circumstances. The results show that for different thickness TWBs, proper control value and distribution regulation of pressure force can improve the weld-line movement in drawing process of box part and decrease the thickness variance of each box part deform area, which can improve the formability and provide theory basis for drawing process parameter.
