中文摘要:采用高频感应钎焊技术制备不锈钢/碳钢复合板,研究了温度和时间对焊接接头的组织和抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,钎焊温度950 ℃,保温5 min得到的钎焊效果最好,且在钎焊层中存在Fe、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn元素的扩散现象,并在钎焊层中形成岛状物相,该岛状物相优先在碳钢/黄铜界面形成,随着钎焊温度的升高向钎焊层中生长,直至贯穿整个钎焊层;随着温度的升高和时间的延长,岛状物数量增多,使结合区硬度和抗剪强度提高。
英文摘要:The low-carbon steel/stainless steel clad plate was prepared by high-frequency induction brazing technology and the effects of brazing temperature on the microstructure and shear strength of welded joint were studied. The results show that when the temperature is 950 ℃, time is 5 min, the shear strength reaches the maximum. The diffusion of Fe, Cr,Ni, Cu, Zn is observed in bonding zone and island-form phase is formed in the filler metal. This island-shape phase forms in the interface of low-carbon steel/brass, then increase with the increase of brazing temperature and goes through the filler metal layer at last, lead to the improvement of shear strength.
