中文摘要:采用原位反应液相线铸造法制备Al2O3(P)/Al-Cu复合材料,并对反应进行了热力学分析。结果表明,熔体温度升高时,反应的诱导时间缩短;适量的引发剂能使反应诱导时间缩短;加大稀释剂量,反应诱导时间延长;原位Al2O3颗粒对该复合材料组织有细化和均匀化作用,当原位Al2O3颗粒含量达到5.3%时可得到细小均匀的蔷薇状组织;原位反应液相线铸造Al2O3(P)/Al-Cu复合材料的抗拉强度是纯铝的近2倍,但伸长率降低。
英文摘要:Al2O3(P) /Al-Cu composite was prepared by in-situ reactive liquidus casting method. The thermo-dynamic of the composite was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of melting temperature, the induction time of in-situ reactive gets shorter, and the induction time can be shorted by proper initiator; on the contrary, it can be prolonged when the diluent content exceeds; the granule of in-situ Al2O3 can be refined and the uniform microstructure of the composite is obtained. When the content of Al2O3 is 5.3%, the material microstructure is in rosette, tiny and uniform; the tensile strength of Al2O3(P) / Al-Cu composite is two times higher than pure aluminum, but the brinell hardness does not change significantly, and the elongation rate reduces.
