中文摘要:对MS1470带钢材料赋予不同温度下的性能参数,用非线性静态算法计算了相应的带钢瓢曲临界载荷。结果表明,材料在850、700和600 ℃时,瓢曲临界载荷分别为12~14 MPa、22~25 MPa和52~54 MPa,材料的加热温度越高,瓢曲出现的临界载荷越小,这与实际生产情况基本相符。
英文摘要:The distinct performance parameters of strip material MS1470 at different temperature were obtained. The wrinkling critical load of steel at different temperatures was calculated using nonlinear static algorithm. The results show that when the material temperature is 850 ℃, 700 ℃ and 600 ℃, and the critical loads are the ranges of 12~14 MPa, 22~25 MPa and 52~54 MPa, the higher the heating temperature reaches, the smaller the wrinkling critical load gets, which is in line with the reality.
