中文摘要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术在白口铸铁表面制备了厚0.2 mm的WC-12Co涂层, 并对涂层进行电接触强化。 通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和能谱分析等方式对强化的涂层/基体界面进行了显微结构和物相分析,并与未强化涂层的组织结构进行对比。结果表明:电接触强化工艺能改变涂层与基体的结合方式,实现了界面的冶金结合。
英文摘要:WC-12Co coating was prepared on the white cast iron substrate by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying, and the coating was strengthened by electric contact heating (ECH). The microstructure of the interface between coating and substrate was analyzed by SEM, XRD and EDS. The results show that the bonding mode of the interface is changed, and the metallurgical bonding is formed.
