中文摘要:通过对82B盘条钢的显微组织观察,研究了索氏体含量对82B盘条拉拔性能的影响,并对生产中常见的组织缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:生产中化学成分及工艺的不稳定是组织缺陷产生的主要原因;提高冷却速度可以增加索氏体含量、降低网状渗碳体含量;采用恒拉速可以减少块状渗碳体的形成。
英文摘要:By observing the microstructure of 82B steel wire rod, the effects of sorbite content on the drawing performance of 82B wire rod were investigated. The common defects in production were analyzed. The results indicate that the instability of chemical composition and technological process results in the defects. Increasing the cooling rate can increase the content of sorbite and decrease the content of network cementite; constant pulling speed can be used to decrease the formation of massive cementite.
