中文摘要:分析了汽车保险杠支架的工艺特点;针对零件在成形过程中的难点,制定了压筋?邛落料冲孔?邛弯两小边?邛弯曲(152°)?邛成形(118°)的工艺方案,并设计了合理的回弹补偿角,较好地解决了弯曲过程中的成形与回弹问题。模拟分析与生产实验表明:此工艺方案合理,工件外形与尺寸精度均符合产品设计要求。
英文摘要:The technological characteristics of the bumper bracket were analyzed. Amizing at the its difficulties in forming process, the reasonable process, pressing bars?邛blanking and punching?邛bending (two small side) ?邛 bending (152°)?邛 forming(118°), was developed, and the reasonable compensation angle for the springback was designed. The results show that the process is reasonable, the shape and size of the workpiece meets the product requirements.
