中文摘要:根据异型面盆的成形特点,采用在压边圈左右两侧布置长筋、在前后两侧布置短筋的方案,采用Dynaform软件进行数值模拟,考察半圆形拉延筋筋高、凹槽半径,筋半径对铝合金异型面盆成形质量的影响规律。应用正交实验的方法,寻找异型面盆冲压成形过程中的拉延筋理想参数。模拟结果显示,最大减薄量应控制在15%以内。
英文摘要: According to forming characteristic of special basin, two long drawbeads and two short drawbeads were respectively arranged in the left-right sides and front-back sides of blank holder. Dynaform software was adopted to study the effect of the factors such as the drawbead depth, the die radius and the drawbead radius on the forming quality of aluminum alloy special basin. The optimum drawbead section parameters were found in special basin stamping with orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the maximum reduction ratio of thickness should be controlled within 15%.
