中文摘要:对镍基高温合金GH4169进行长期时效实验,分析变形、温度和时间等因素对合金性能的影响,同时对不同状态下时效的合金进行微观分析对比。结果表明:适当的变形有利于抑制TCP相的析出,对提高合金性能有利,合金在40%变形后进行750 ℃保温50 h时效,处理效果最佳,此时晶内析出颗粒尺寸适中及细小弥散分布的强化相γ',强化了材料的力学性能。
英文摘要:Long-term aging experiments of Ni-based superalloy GH4169 were carried out. The effects of deformation, temperature and time on the mechanical properties of the alloy were analyzed, while different microstructure of the aging alloy was compared. The results show that: the appropriate deformation can suppress the precipitation of TCP phase, enabling to improve the properties of the alloy. The best aging process of the alloy is aging at 750 ℃ for 50 h after 40% deformation. The size of precipitated particle phase γ' is moderate, it can strengthen the mechanical properties of materials.
