中文摘要:本文研究了B对一种高W镍基高温合金凝固行为的影响。研究结果表明, B阻碍了枝晶的长大,增加中心等轴晶晶区,细化铸锭晶粒。同时B加剧了合金中Nb,Ti,W等元素偏析,抑制了凝固过程中η相的析出,使MC析出形态由长条状变为块状。
英文摘要:The effect of boron on the solidification of a high W-containing nikle-base superalloy is investigated in the present paper. The results show that boron restrains the growth of dentrites, increases the equiaxed grain area at the center of the ingot and refine the grain. Boron was also found to enhance the segregations of elements such as Nb, Ti, W, hinder the precipitation of η phase during the solidification , change the morphology of MC from long strips to massive.
