消失模铸造模样生产的现状研究

中文摘要：近年来消失模铸造技术在欧洲和美国得到迅速发展。我国消失模铸造从十几年前出现热潮以来，有了很大进步，但目前从总体上来说还处于技术革新阶段。消失模铸造工艺的各个环节对铸件质量都存在着影响因素。铸造模样的质量不仅影响铸件的表面质量，而且对铸件内在质量也有着重要影响。本文从模样的材料、预发泡、成型及熟化处理等方面对国内模样生产进行了研究，并与国际上的消失模生产作了对比，指出在消失模样生产方面我国和国外的差距以及需要注意的问题。
英文摘要：In recent years, EPC technology has developed rapidly in Europe and the U.S. It is still in the stage of technological innovation overall in China even great progress has been made after many years of developing . As one of the facts that have impact on the quality of EPC in all steps of the process, foam pattern has influence both on the quality of the casting surface and of intrinsic casting. The production of domestic casting pattern is discussed from the appearance of the material, pre-expansion, molding and curing treatment and it is compared with other countries in this thesis, and then some problems are pointed out in order to improve the EPC technology.
