中文摘要:本文对大变形条件下旋压柔性飞轮工艺进行了有限元模拟。模拟结果表明,应力集中点及应力值的变化与材料流动密切相关。在旋压飞轮工件的背面产生的表面缺陷(折叠)是材料流动受阻导致局部加工硬化后应力合理释放后的一种自平衡。实验结果的分析证实了上述模拟的可靠性。
英文摘要:A deep roll-formed flexplate gear manufacturing process was simulated by finite element modelling. The analysis results indicated that both the changes of stress concentration point and stress values were closely related to material flow map. The typical surface defect (fold) formed at the back surface of flexplate gear was caused by the balance of stress released to a reasonable level when flexplate gear was work hardened due to resistance of material normal flowing. The reliability of finite element modeling was well-proved by testing results.
