中文摘要:铝/铜异种材料连接接头,由于铝/铜两种材料性能差异较大,用常规焊接方法难以实现连接,极大地限制了铝/铜复合接头的质量和应用范围。利用搅拌摩擦焊接技术,可以成功焊接了铝合金5A06和紫铜T2的对接接头,并对接头的力学性能及拉伸断口的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:选择合理的焊接参数,可以实现5A06和紫铜T2的焊接;接头的最大抗拉强度225MPa可达到母材紫铜T2的76.4%;焊缝区显微维氏硬度测试中,搅拌区铝-铜材料的混合,硬度值呈现波动且在靠近富铜区硬度出现突增值;拉伸断裂多发生在前进侧的热影响区或焊核区,宏观断口呈45度倾斜式和铝-铜交替层状断形貌;断口SEM微观形貌多呈塑性韧窝状。
英文摘要:The dissimilar materials (e.g.: 5A06 aluminum alloy/copper T2) were difficultly welded by conventional fusion welding, because of the enormous difference of their thermo-physical performances. These were limited the Al/Cu joint application prospects. However, friction stir welding (FSW) can obtain sound welds of aluminum alloy(5A06) and copper(T2). In this paper, we research on the mechanical properties of Al/Cu FSW joint and the fracture appearance features analysis.The results indicated that a good Al/Cu FSW joint can be achieved by using the optimization processing parameters. The tensile strength of Al/Cu FSW joint could achieve highly as 225MPa, which was nearly 76.3% of copper T2. The fluctucation of microhardness value-curve in the Al/Cu FSW joint was that the dissimilar materials mixed in the nugget zone (NZ). Most of the welded joints often fractured in the heat affected zone (HAZ) of advancing side (AS) or the nugget zone (NZ). The tensile fracture surface presented 45°angles according to the tensile direction and the appearance of Al/Cu interlaced layers. The duticle dimple was mainly micro feature of the fracture surface.
