中文摘要:江苏天工工具有限公司生产的D2冷作模具钢出现大量边部裂纹,影响了产品质量。本文采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等分析测试手段,对裂纹附近的组织、碳化物等进行了分析。实验结果表明:裂纹是在轧制过程中产生的,沿带状共晶碳化物方向开裂,是典型的共晶碳化物开裂;为了避免此类裂纹的出现,需要改进电渣重熔工艺和加热锻造工艺;钢中碳化物容易在夹杂物上析出,且容易出现裂纹,需要进一步进行研究。
英文摘要:A large number of edge cracks were found at D2 cold working die steel produced by Tiangong International Corp Ltd, took negative influence on product’s quality. In this paper, microstructure and carbides nearby the cracks were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. Experimental result shows: cracks are typical eutectic carbide cracks, formed during rolling process, parallel to bandy carbides’ orientation. To prevent these cracks come into being, electro-slag remelting process and forging process must be improved. Carbides precipitate around oxides have cracking tendency, needs further study.
